These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the hibj platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and hibj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the hibj website and all services, products, games, and features available through it. These Terms apply to all users of the hibj platform regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other regions.
By accessing hibj, registering a Member account, making any deposit, accepting any bonus offer, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you are accepting these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hibj platform and, if you have an account, contact the hibj support team to request account closure.

Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register a hibj account you must be at least 21 years of age. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid national identification document (NID) for KYC purposes. You are permitted to hold only one hibj account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. hibj reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any stage and to refuse account registration at its discretion.
Clause 2
Account Security and Member Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibj account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your hibj account, whether by you or by another person using your credentials with or without your knowledge, is your sole responsibility. You must notify hibj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hibj accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your sharing of credentials with third parties.
Clause 3
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action: (a) registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions; (b) using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits or withdrawals; (c) engaging in or attempting to engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes; (d) exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain; (e) using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the hibj platform; (f) engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime; (g) providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
Clause 4
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
hibj is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all member accounts as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, and documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into your hibj account. KYC verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before withdrawal requests above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until compliance is achieved. All KYC documents submitted to hibj are handled in strict accordance with the hibj Privacy Policy.
Clause 5
Intellectual Property
All content on the hibj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of hibj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the hibj platform without the prior written consent of hibj, except as permitted by the normal browsing and caching processes of web browsers. Any unauthorised use of hibj content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibj, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, system downtime, payment processing delays, or any interruption of service. hibj does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability, whether caused by planned maintenance, force majeure events, technical failures, or any other reason.
Clause 7
Account Closure and Termination
You may request the closure of your hibj account at any time by contacting the hibj support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. hibj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable legal obligations. In such cases, hibj may withhold balances pending investigation.

Privacy and Data Protection
hibj collects, processes, and stores personal data from members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the hibj Privacy Policy. hibj uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect personal data and financial information in transit. All personal data submitted during account registration, KYC verification, and payment processing is handled with strict confidentiality and is not sold or transferred to third parties except where required by law or as necessary to operate the platform's payment and compliance systems.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive offers made available by hibj are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Accepting any bonus or promotional offer constitutes acceptance of these bonus terms.
B.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your hibj account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional material for that offer. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total combined bonus amount received. Only bets placed using real-money funds or bonus funds within qualifying game categories contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment. Games with an RTP above certain thresholds may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirement fulfilment — refer to the specific offer terms for details.
B.2
Bonus Expiry
All bonus offers have an expiry date and/or a period within which the associated wagering requirements must be completed. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. hibj will not re-issue expired bonuses under any circumstances. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional material.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse
hibj reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a member has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, used automated strategies to exploit bonus offers, or otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer. Patterns of wagering that suggest bonus abuse — such as placing disproportionately large bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or wagering only on games that minimally contribute to rollover — may be treated as evidence of abuse and result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the hibj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hibj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your hibj wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hibj does not impose deposit fees, however your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — hibj is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed by hibj on a 24/7 basis. Funds are sent to the mobile wallet used for the member's most recent deposit. hibj does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification delays if outstanding identity documentation has not yet been provided. hibj reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending investigation, or an unresolved dispute. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment wallet details are accurate — hibj accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the member.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
hibj is committed to the principles of responsible gaming and provides tools within every member account to support responsible play. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your hibj account), session time reminders (notifications alerting you to how long you have been playing in a single session), and a self-exclusion option which, once activated, prevents access to your hibj account for the selected exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to hibj support and will be implemented within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed before its natural expiry.
hibj may suspend or restrict a member account where its responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of play that may indicate a problem gambling situation. In such circumstances hibj may contact the member directly to discuss responsible gaming support options. hibj encourages members who feel that their gambling is no longer under their control to contact the hibj support team immediately, use the self-exclusion feature available in their account settings, or seek support from professional problem gambling support organisations. Gaming should always be approached as a form of entertainment, conducted within personal financial limits.

21+ only. It is a violation of these Terms to use the hibj platform if you are under 21 years of age. hibj implements age verification checks as part of the KYC process and will close any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age, forfeiting any associated balance.
Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law
hibj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, hibj will notify registered members by posting a notice on the hibj platform and, where appropriate, via the contact details held on the member's account. Your continued use of the hibj platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hibj's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate legal forum. hibj operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.
